En effet, afin d'éviter de me retrouver lésé par certaines pratiques douteuses, un achat ne peut correspondre précisément qu'à la seule application pour lequel il s'applique (ou à un pack spécial de 2 applications), et ne pourra donc en conséquence pas être compensé par l'obtention du code d'une autre application en cas d'erreur de votre part (erreur dans la sélection de l'application), ceci afin d'éviter de vous retrouver avec 2 codes d'activation pour 2 applications mais, par un seul achat global seulement.

Indeed, in order to avoid being harmed by certain questionable practices, a purchase can only correspond precisely to the single application for which it applies (or to a special pack of 2 applications), and consequently cannot be compensated by obtaining the code of another application in the case of an error on your part (error in the selection of the application), in order to avoid ending up with 2 activation codes for 2 applications but, with a single global purchase only.
La procédure n’étant pas automatisée, la réponse à votre achat s’effectue toujours, en principe, dans un délai de 24H maximum, par l’envoi d’un mail de confirmation.
Si malgré tout vous n'aviez pas reçu de réponse de ma part dans ce délai, vérifiez que votre adresse PayPal soit bien correcte, ou que ma réponse ne soit pas tombée dans votre boîte mail d'indésirables.
Il se peut aussi que votre mail soit passé "à la trappe" et que je ne l'ai tout simplement pas vu... oups ! Ceci est très rare, mais ça peut arriver... Dans ce cas, il vous suffit de m'envoyer un mail en guise de rappel !

Pour les applications Wind-Kite, Surfing, Wakeboarding, Foiling, Downhills, et Tides, et afin de pouvoir calculer votre code personnel d’activation, merci de m'adresser un mail qui contiendra l'information suivante:
votre numéro identifiant
apparaissant dans la fenêtre surgissante à chaque démarrage de l’application (tant qu’un code d’activation valide n’a pas été saisi dans l’application).
Vous pouvez aussi retrouver cet identifiant en vous rendant dans le menu suivant: « Tools → Activation Code → ID Number »
Dès réception de votre mail contenant ce numéro identifiant, je vous répondrai en retour par l’envoi d’un autre mail, qui contiendra donc votre code d’activation ainsi que quelques autres informations complémentaires qui pourraient s’avérer utiles.
As the procedure is not automated, the response to your purchase always takes place, in principle, within 24 hours maximum, by sending a confirmation email.
If despite everything you have not received a response from me within this period, check that your PayPal address is correct, or that my response has not fallen in your spam box.

For Wind-Kite Surfing, Surfing, Wakeboarding, Foiling, Downhills and Tides applications, and to be able to calculate your personal activation code, please send me an emailI with the following information:
your identifier number
appearing in the pop-up window each time the application is started (as long as a valid activation code has not been entered in the application).
You can also find this identifier by going to the following menu:
« Tools → Activation Code → ID Number »
Upon receipt of your email containing this identifying number, I will respond to you by sending another email, which will therefore contain your activation code as well as some other additional information that may be useful.
